  Free Wellness Classes sponsored by the Moscow Food Co-op 
    
  The Moscow Food Co-op will sponsor a free wellness class at 7 p.m., Monday, December 15 to make lip balm and a small lotion bar with Kate Jaeckel of Orchard Farm in Moscow, Idaho. Jaeckel will also talk about what ingredients go into the other products in her bodycare line. There is a small materials fee of $5 for this workshop. Seating is limited, so reservations are encouraged.  For reservations, contact Amy Lucker, Moscow Food Co-op Wellness Manager at 882-8537. 
    
  The Moscow Food Co-op is sponsoring a series of free monthly wellness classes designed to provide general information to participants about health and wellness. Classes are held in the Co-op deli at 121 East Fifth Street in downtown Moscow.
