Inaccurate.  Project Vote Smart records "NV," which, according to
their own provided legend, indicates either:

Not Voting, Excused, Absent, or Present

Obama cast over 4000 votes in the Illinois Senate.  The  Present" vote
-- which isn't an option in all states -- is commonly used to protest
bills that the voter believes have provisions which were
unconstitutionally drafted,  or for other tactical reasons.  Google
it.  I did, and the explanations are simple ones.

Look at McCain's voting record pertaining to Budget, Spending and
Taxes,  Business and Consumers, Energy Issues, Environmental Issues,
Foreign Aid and Policy Issues, Health Issues, Housing and Property
Issues, or Immigration, and then try to criticize Obama.
