The DNC Convention is a private event, by invitation only. So I don't think the press can be claiming any rights there other than what the DNC gives them. Same goes for the RNC.

This is becoming more and more common around the country, unfortunately most 
journalists harassed, detained or "arrested" aren't affiliated
with major 
news organizations.
I can only hope that heads roll, that Eslocker and ABC sue and win.
I am truly disgusted.
