Such measures as a 'Mulligan' rule do not go far enough, in my view. There
needs to be a rule that, if the opposing team reaches the Vandal's 12-yard
line, they get 2 points subtracted from their score.

Akey's been working hard on getting a "Mulligan" rule passed for Idaho.

If approved, the Vandals will get two points for getting to the opposing
team's 12-yard-line.
