Constituents:  Attached is another letter from Stan Howland of the
Idaho Tax Commission outlining in a letter to the Governor another
case of the Commission giving favored treatment to an out of state
corporation.

I have attached a copy of my letter to Governor Otter addressing three 
issues concerning the Idaho Tax Commission.  I have also attached a copy 
of my letter sent to Governor Otter last week that supports one of these 
issues.
