[Vision2020] Moscow Chamber: Looking for artists for Chalk of the Town art festival

On September 6th the Moscow Chamber of Commerce is hosting Chalk of
the Town Art Festival on Friendship Square, in downtown Moscow. For
the festival we will have 11 artists making chalk art on the downtown
streets and sidewalks. These 11 artists will receive stipends varying
from $50 to $250. If you are interested in applying to be one of these
artists you can get more information, and an application, by going to
www.moscowchamber.com, and clicking on Oktoberfest. Apply soon, before
all 11 slots are taken.
