[Vision2020] gas prices

This is in response to Ken's email. When I tried to reply to it, I get a message that says "can not send"

I agree that oil companies do not drop their  prices and fast as they raise them. Most companies take the ups as fast as passible and drag their feet on the downs. I don't think that the oil companies have any more excess profits that a lot of other companies, Microsoft for example. I think the Bill and Malinda Gates foundation spent the money better than the government would. I am behind on my emails. We had a surprise 40th anniversary party ( we did have wind of it) thrown for us on sunday. I  will try to answer some of the ensuing emails within the next few days. I will try to find a breakdown of where  the money goes between gross profits and cost  for the oil companies and also some other companies.
