[Vision2020] Gas prices...........

One of the reasons for California's high gas prices are the taxes. They pay $.639 in taxes on each gallon. Washington is $.544 and Idaho is $.434. This includes both Federal and State excise taxes.  So Pullman should be at least $.10 more per gallon than we are.

Gasoline sources for Moscow and Pullman are the same, as far as I know.
