[Vision2020] Freedom of Information Requests

[National Property Inspections]

A bit of shameless begging here.

I need to get some info from the Community Development folks regarding a specific piece of private property.  The reports that I want to see are retained by the Building Official as part of the official documents of the job.  I have the permission of the owner to seek the information.

How do I go about this process?  Normally, I ask, I get.  This time, I get stonewalled.
