[Vision2020] gas prices

The Moscow gas cartel will tell you "It's the shipping cost"....... So why is gas usually cheaper in Kooskia? Does it cost less  to ship there?
And why, oddly enough, does the price of gas in Moscow increase when the students arrive?
Hmmmmmmmmmm, there's a skunk in the closet, and does it ever stink.

This isn't something new.  Even when gas was under four bucks a gallon, this question came up year after year.  For some reason station owners feel free to charge us big city folk more.
