Greater Moscow Alliance endorses three candidates for Moscow council

MOSCOW  Dan Carscallen, Wayne Krauss and Walter Steed have been endorsed by 
the Greater Moscow Alliance for election to city council here in November.

"The last two years in Moscow is evidence of what happens when a city 
council gets out of step with the community," GMA President Steve Busch was 
quoted as saying in a press release announcing the endorsements.  "We're 
pleased to endorse a slate of conservative to moderate, common sense 
candidates that value free market enterprise and property rights."

Bruce Livingston, spokesman for the Moscow Civic Associaton, said his group 
will be announcing endorsements at a later date.

The GMA and MCA are citizen groups active in local politics.
