[Vision2020] Kerry speech/student tasered

Its nothing new...like someone pointed out, the 60's, 70's, etc...heck,
even in the 1920's and before, there were people who were willing and
did speak out or commit "civil disobedience" to make a point.  Shoot,
wasn't our country founded by such as this?
