[Vision2020] War for Oil

Well it makes it even worse, (we're now looking at an excise of over $2200
per barrel per year) which strengthens my point - one cannot justify paying
a "tax" of almost $90 per barrel over the next 25 years under the guise of
going to war for cheap oil.
