ZoningCommission Special and Regular Meetings September 19, 2007

Questions that pop to mind regarding this fairly significant residential
development (details cut and pasted below):

Does a large development in the county like this one require sewers, or is
this something that will have sewage lagoons or some other waste disposal
solution?

Where will the streets be placed to connect the development to the rest of
the community somehow? To Clyde Road? Are there any plans/drawings/maps
on-line to examine?

It would seem with 75 acres and 25 houses on one acre plots, that the three
acre zoning is kept in place, overall, but the open space would seem to need
to be 50 acres, not 34? What of the other 16.88 acres? Is the open space,
even if only 34 acres, required to remain as such?

Finally, is this property in the line of one of the proposed highway 95
routes or a western by-pass? When is a decision anticipated from the State
on the Highway 95 route?
