If I get Glenn's drift correctly. He might be suggesting that only the pro's 
understand how to create a true conspiracy. Projects like the Windmills of 
Mass Destruction are proven highly effective. It changes the whole meaning 
of "W" when I see it proudly fronted by the right people.
