[Vision2020] Felix At Cat. 5 (no pun intended)

All-

Reaching category five was not predicted to happen to this storm just a few
days ago.  Now the predictions show it reaching sustained winds of 150 knots
(about 172 mph!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!):
