Know what--I don't think that message was written by Donovan.  It had only 
one minor syntatical error, no spelling errors, and while Donovan is not 
necessarily a compassionate person, I don't see him as evil.  The person who 
wrote this is.  I'll be submitting a bill for my evaluation.
