Okay, oops, and especially an apology to Brandy Sullivan-- it did happen. Perhaps I should attend college someday or something. How about more letters and more examples? Next time I will endeavor to engage more completely in critical reading prior to posting here.

  Hello All,

I don't read the Daily News on a daily basis, so if this has been done, sorry for the post. But I wonder if someone with name recognition and clout (I have neither) could draft a letter to the paper listing these accomplishments (and whatever more there are)?

Alturas Analytics is building a $1.5 million dollar building in Alturas Technology Park to accommodate its expansion needs.

In the company's press release the President of the company expressly stated as follows:
"We are pleased to break ground on our new facility in Moscow," said Robin Woods, President of Alturas Analytics. "We have chosen to do so, despite recruitment efforts from other states, because we value the quality of life we have here", Woods continued. "Our new laboratory will provide enhanced capacity to serve our clients and do so in a business friendly community that supports our efforts".
Let me repeat that last line for those who glossed over it: The company looks forward to having enhanced capacity to serve their clients "in a business friendly community that supports our efforts." Of course, the owners of the company chose to locate here because they "value the quality of life we have here."
