[Vision2020] Sub-minimum wage

It appears to me that Joe Campbell and Sunil Ramalingam are making and defending the argument that Mr. Hansen's post stating;

  "Arnold stated: 'I think . . . probably . . . '
  Wow! Now, does anybody need any more certainty than that?
  And the wheels keep on turnin’ . . . *squeak . . . squeak . . . squeak*"

  Cannot be construed as a insulting remark precisely because Mr. Crabtree in a totally independent and unrelated email(s) one or more occasions addressed Joe Campbell as "Mr. Campbell" instead of as "Professor Campbell".

  Can anyone here explain this thinking to me? It appears to be flawed in some way.

  Best,

  Donovan

  Gary,

You just told us you call Joe 'Mr. Campbell' in order to demonstrate your
lack of regard for him.

Isn't that pretty much an insult?

Sunil
