The Latah County Planning Commission Agendas for Monday, December 3, 2007
and Tuesday, December 4, 2007 have been posted at:

The regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 4th, 2007 has been
cancelled and the Planning Commission will be having a special meeting on
Monday, December 3, 2007 instead.

Additionally, the Planning Commission will be having a public hearing on
December 18, 2007 regarding the following:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE LATAH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
Tuesday, December 18, 2007
5:30 p.m.

As per Idaho Code 67-6509 and 67-6511 the Latah County Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday December 18, 2007, in Room 2-B of the
Latah County Courthouse, Moscow, Idaho, to receive comments on:

5:30 p.m.  - To amend the Latah County Land Use Ordinance #269 as follows:
Add to Section 1.02.07 "Any use that is listed as a permitted use in one
zone, but is not listed as a permitted use in another zone, is not a
permitted use in the latter zone.  Any use that is listed as a conditional
use in one zone, but is not listed as a conditional use in another zone, is
not a conditional use in the latter zone.", add to Section 3.01.02 a new
Section 3.01.02.16 Mini-storage units, remove from Section 5.01.04.2
"(including crawl spaces)", and remove from Section 5.01.04.3 "crawl spaces
and". 

All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing.  Accommodations
for individuals who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act are
available upon request.  Notice is required in the Planning Office three
working days prior to the hearing in order to acquire accommodations.

This hearing will be held pursuant to the Latah County Hearing Procedures
Ordinance and under authority of the Idaho Local Planning Act.  The Planning
Commission reserves the right to limit the length of testimony.
