Forced to bunk with 5 other teens their age?  Or live with mom and
dad?  And on top of that, live in fear because they cannot afford
health insurance?  I guess Donovan advocates mandatory cruel and
unusual punishment for those entering the work market... No wonder so
many chose unemployment, if this is the reality they face!
