[Vision2020] Judge rules March schoo levy null and void

It is dubious to want the MSD to follow the law when spending your money on programs you don't want and not on the ones you do? Says who? And why?

I understand from Darrell's email that he was instrumental in getting
the alternative school started. That's great - I'm glad he succeeded
