[Vision2020] [ADDED STUFF] Complaint Choirs

"Complaint Choirs" was a concept that originated in Finland.  A group of
people simply compiled a long list of common complaints within their region
and put them to lyric and song.  

This concept evolved, expanded, and grew throughout the world
