[Vision2020] Biblical Abstinence

Greetings: 
 
If biblical abstinence works, why do Bible Belt states have the highest rates of  
teen pregnancies?  And why do countries that have a very low level of Christian 
belief have much lower rates of STDs, teen pregnancies, and abortions? 
 
Once again simple empirical evidence refutes dogmas of the Religious Right.
