[Vision2020] Moscow Cares

Greetings Visionaires -

Now that the City Council election has concluded we can focus on another
aspect of Moscow's future.

I am speaking, of course, about public education and the November 13th
school levy.

In spite of our many differences, we all agree that education is tantamount
to a progressive community's future.

We must not.  We can not.  We will not neglect our community's future at the
cost of our children's education.

We must show by our deeds and by our votes next Tuesday that . . .
