Another shocking number in this article is "46".

That was the percentage of votes to legalize the sale of pot to adults in
Hailey, Idaho.

What do you think the percentage would be here in Moscow?  Maybe 10%?

Meanwhile there is a movement in Idaho to commercialize liquor stores, just
like in California.

Not prosecuting users of marijuana seems to have been the norm in  
Vancouver BC for some years. Just recently, the new chief of police  
of Vancouver was interviewed on CBC Radio, BC This Week (podcast). He  
said the same. The police are far too busy trying to protect the  
public from real crime to take time out to pursue pot smokers.
