[Vision2020] Prevailing Wage Laws

I invite those of you who so unforgivably condemn Mr. Ficca to read all of the following study regarding prevailing wage laws. States since 1979 have been repealing these laws because of their negative impact on government costs to construct needed public buildings, such as schools.
