Matt says: "I believe [dog fighting] is illegal in 48 states . . . Idaho and Wyoming being the two that are legal." Is it a case of it being "legal", or just not illegal? I know, semantics, and I'm no lawyer, but there is probably no law at all dealing with this subject. DC
