1. A. Public Comment and Chair's Response Period (limit 10 minutes)

and Zoning Commission or Board of Adjustment, please state your name and
address for the record and limit remarks to three minutes.
B. Approval of Minutes May 14, 2007 - Stephanie Kalasz
2. Neighborhood Associations Structure and Application - Gary J.
Riedner
The City of Boise has implemented a Neighborhood Association program
which is designed to encourage citizens to become involved in their
neighborhoods. Mayor Chaney has requested that this program be forwarded
to the City Council to begin discussions regarding the potential for
Neighborhood Associations to be implemented in the City of Moscow.
ACTION: Review materials and give staff direction.
3. Proposal to Allow Alcoholic Beverages to be Consumed in Public
Right-of-Way - Gary J. Riedner
Because of inconsistency between the State Code and portions of the City
Code, it is unclear whether the City intends to allow alcohol to be
served in certain public spaces. On May 21, 2007, City Council referred
consideration of this matter to the Administrative Committee.
ACTION: Discuss and provide staff with direction.
