[Vision2020] [CORRECTED and RESENT] RE: Yet, This Says It Better

I could name a LOT of non-dropouts on this board who have been in situations 
where welfare, FS, etc. were needed while they got things back in line.  Not 
to mention the thousands of students and military personnel that yearly go 
on the same programs to help make ends meet.

So what exactly is your damn point, fool?!
