[Vision2020] Helicopter Flying Limits?

If anyone got a aircraft number, you can call FAA and report his ass for 
this stunt, which is basically illegal.  There are height requirements and 
he clearly violated those.

Call the local airport and they will give you the number of the local FAA 
rep - and report him!
