[Vision2020] Weitz is a 'civic terrorist'

So when exactly was he a worker for Peg Hamlett?  Or the UI Senate Member?  
Or taking classes at the UI and passing?  And a worker for the UI Housing? 
And when did he receive his CNA training and license?  And is he/isn't he 
getting his CDL?  I mean, what's with this crap that "helping old ladies 
cross the street" part of what job?

This does not make sense...but then, it IS Donovan.
