That "crank" as you so affectionately called Mr. Weitz, basically saved MSD's self serving hind quarters by making the "Alternative High School" a viable reality. At his own personal expense.

Great. Yet another crank suing the state with minimal standing in order to
cripple public education.

Of course, if public education had any sort of sane funding structure, this
wouldn't be a problem ... but that's an issue for another day.
