[Vision2020] Archies on the Square

Seems to me the person totally responsible for this whole thing is NOT Jim 
so much as the "companion" this young man was supposed to be able to rely on 
to guard not only his well being, but the community's.  The "companion" 
failed everyone but it is the business and the owner that is suffering 
horribly for it.

If the "companion" had just done his/her job, none of this would have made 
the paper, the V or any other public forum - much less caused a business to 
close and a family to be without income.
