Beg to differ with you on this - they put out there the TOTALS of the costs, 
not the specifics as in who gets paid what and what other benefits package 
each may receive and their amounts.  Not even people of the church get the 
specifics even if they ask for them.  Instead, Doug lectures them about 
leaving the business end of things to the people "better equipped to deal 
with those issues."
