[Vision2020] I sure hope we can see this soon

Are you aware of the climate changes that happened when Mt St Helens blew?
It worked its way around the world and added to weather issues even in Texas
where my brother lived. I do not think humans caused the weather change...I
do not think we are big enough. I also think that Gore is just using the
scare movie to make money. It is his company he buys 'carbon credits' from
so he makes a joke out of his campaign . I believe we need to behave
ourselves and clean up our own messes but I do not believe we are changing
the climate because weather is much more complicated than what we can do.

My problem, which won't be a problem when we get home in a couple of weeks,
is that my modem is so slow here in Hawaii, I've just about given up trying
to download Internet addresses on Internet Explorer. So I can't download
the site you have listed. That's why I wanted the source.

My feeling is, though, the controversy concerning global warming--all the
issues are beginning to get good play. It's just getting to be a lot less
defensable to say human activity isn't a large part of the problem.

There is an article in the paper here today which attributes the vog (its
called vog here because much of it is volcanic activity) to the volcano and
to pollution coming across the Pacific from China..

Take care,

Sue
