Isn't this similar to what China does now? And don't they limit the number
of children anyone couple can have to one child and still have a decent life
or loose any and all benefits like a job and good place to live?
And what about the couples that spend 50 years together and NEVER have
children for whatever reason? Or the couple that CAN NOT have children for
whatever reason?
What a clear case of attempting to have the government be imposed in the
bedroom of marrieds.
