[Vision2020] What a Ripoff!!

I spend about 8 days each year in the Boise/Nampa/Caldwell areas covering the state basketball tournaments.
 
I can say, without a doubt:
 
The traffic there sucks.
 
Luckily, I've learned the shortcuts and take the less heavily travelled roads and streets between venues.
Of course, while you are stuck in traffic, you could ponder the whereabouts of the "treasure" in the Treasure Valley.
