[Vision2020] Crime in Moscow

I got this from the US Statisical Abstract published in 2000.

It clearly shows that in Idaho at least the murder rate dropped 
significantly over the years.

What's interesting is that between 1975 and 1979 and again in 1994 through 
1996, the murder rate for Idaho was extremely (or what we would find so) 
high which tends to correspond with the National rates.  This was AFTER the 
Vietnam Conflict had ended.  Guess we could blame that one the returning 
soldiers, eh?  I know there are people that would.
