yep, summertime in Moscow.
 
Stay hydrated people.  I'd just as soon not have to respond to any heat
related maladies.

P.S. while I'm thinking about it.  We took a trip over to the Oregon
coast a few years back.  Temperatures were around 70-75 degrees, very
pleasant for us inlanders.  Funny thing was, all the people living there
were complaining about the "heat wave"!  On our way back we found the
*real* heat wave when we saw the 105 degrees in the Tri Cities.
 
I guess it's all relative.
