yep, summertime in Moscow.
 
Stay hydrated people.  I'd just as soon not have to respond to any heat
related maladies.

P.S. while I'm thinking about it.  We took a trip over to the Oregon
coast a few years back.  Temperatures were around 70-75 degrees, very
pleasant for us inlanders.  Funny thing was, all the people living there
were complaining about the "heat wave"!  On our way back we found the
*real* heat wave when we saw the 105 degrees in the Tri Cities.
 
I guess it's all relative.

One news report indicated that Death Valley, California, with the lowest
elevation in the USA at 282 ft. below sea level, also the location of
one of the hottest temperatures ever recorded on Earth, 134 F., may hit
