Dear Mr. Schwaller,

Of course I’m correct. Unlike you, Doug Jones (the
author of last night’s berating post to J Ford), I do
not fabricate schwallers for a living; I do not live
in a delusional fantasyland; and I do not demean human
beings made in the image of God.

Please apologize to J Ford for condescending to her, O
Gatekeeper of the Kult, and demonstrate that even you
can rise above the pettiness that marks your dreary
life.

You may be correct about that. I haven't had a chance
to look at the VTS contract. I know he was obligated
to disclose everything, but I wasn't sure about a
non-disclosure wavier. And I was not aware of the
specifics of the supervision agreement. It will still
be interesting to see if the defense pushes the
disclosure point though.

Dear Mr. Schwaller,

You are wrong when you wrote, "there was no criminal
activity, so the counselor had no legal obligation to
report it. In fact, he had a legal obligation to not
say anything!"

According to condition number 4 of Steven Sitler's
"Sexual Offender Agreement of Supervision," Sitler
agreed that he would not "engage in any deviant
behaviors including but not limited to . . .
voyeurism." Consequently, while it may be legal for
Pastor Wilson to spy on his flock, it was a violation
of his probation for Sitler to hold his binoculars in
one hand and his schwaller in the other.

Furthermore, condition number 1 of the "Valley
Treatment Specialties Treatment Contract" required
Sitler to tell his counselor EVERYTHING and condition
number 2 required him to waive his privilege. The
counselor had no legal or ethical obligation to
maintain confidence, and you can be sure his contract
with the state required him to tell all.

Sitler signed away his right to privacy just as though
he attended the Kirk, except that in the Kirk it's
assumed, not written.
