[Vision2020] Mixed news for Wolves

I think you're jumping to conclusions.  I think it's appropriate to 
compensate those who lose stock to predation, but I also oppose the 
extermination of predators and support the reintroduction of wolves.  That 
doesn't mean I am not concerned about those who raise livestock.
