We could call it the "Vision2020 Code", but your return to shore was
never part of our negotiations nor our agreement, so we must do nothin'.
And secondly, you must be a pirate for the Vision2020 Code to apply, and
you're not. And thirdly, the Code would be more what you'd call
"guidelines" than actual rules.
