And just why do you feel it is not?  As usual you present rhetoric but 
nothing - that's NADA - to back up your obviously mis-informed opinion.  So, 
please - wash us over with your wisdom and insight as to why the MSD is not 
in need of this levy passing.....go on - stop just flapping yer gums - 
TALK!!!!
