[Vision2020] The IACI and Personal Property Tax

Tom,

Businesses are exempt from the vehicle tax. The vehicle tax is what all 
of us pay, to rent our own vehicles back from the government, when we 
register our vehicles each year. We then get to pay the use tax each 
time we fill up with gas. Some one once had all of the taxes that we 
pay each time we walk out the door of our homes, which we don't really 
own. We just get permission from the state to use them.

Doesn't "personal property" also include car, boat, motorcycle, etc.?
