Exactly, Matt.

As small as Moscow is and as inter-connected as its neighborhoods are,
certainly somebody knows something.  Somebody knows who these thugs are.
Something must be done publicly to encourage those "in the know" to speak
up.

They will be found.  They will be punished.  My hope is for the sooner, the
better.
