[Vision2020] water

Bruce,

Conservation of our water source is a must. Sprinklers, along with
xeriscaping can save 30-70 percent water usage. Even if a person has an all
grass yard, a sprinkler system could save you up to 30 percent. This is due
to the automation and technological advances. People don't understand that
you don't need to water one spot of grass for 2 hours. I can accomplish the
same results with ten minutes. Anways you know this')

As for a resevoir, I wonder if we could have new developments add another
water line. This water line would come directly from the resevoir, which
would be screened, then used for outside purposes only. So in other words
each new house would have two water lines. One drinkable and one "fish
water" for plants and such. I am not quite sure how feesable this is and I'm
sure has some question marks, but hey it's an idea left for the experts.

Take care.
Matt
