[Vision2020] Funding in line with performance?

Does this mean that Logos will be reducing their budget since their scores 
have actually DROPPED in the past 5 years, as has its enrollment!?

And to set the record straight, the scores for MSD students have RISEN over 
that same 5 years.

Gonna spout off Dave/Dale - make sure you got your facts correct.



"There are enough data points concerning Idaho and in particular Moscow 
public schools to show the decline in student performance over a long period 
of time.

Any requests for additional MSD funding should be turned down by Moscow 
voters until our students prove themselves and improve the school 
standing......
