make, through education and treatment, to deal with IV drug abuse should be 
matched by efforts to discourage young people from indulging in a lifestyle 
that can shorten their life span and endanger the health of others."

What the hell is this based on, Dale...personal experience?  First Hand 
knowledge?  What?  It certainly is not based on scientific fact!!!
