[Vision2020] comparing school to work programs

These reports seem skewed. They seem to gear everything toward all kids going to collage. Not every one should go to college. Vocational schools are left out of these reports. If you want to look at it from a purely economic prospective; Skilled craftsmen can make just as much money at a lot of people with college degrees.
